Getting Enough Sleep
1. How much sleep does a teenager need to get ? You need 8-10 hours of sleep each night.
2. What time do you wake up to get to school ? 7 am What time do you go to sleep on average ? 9:00 - 10:00 pm Calculate the times, does this give you enough sleep ? Yes, for me at least.
3. Quality of Sleep: List four ways you can help your body get a quality night's sleep ( most of this happens before bedtime! )
1. Don't go on your devices in the hour you going to sleep.
2. Don't eat anything 1 - 2 hours before you sleep.
3. Turn off your phone to avoid checking it every 10 minutes.
4. Sleep in a dark, comfy place.
4. In your own words, Why do you think it is important to get a good sleep each night ? How do you think this will help you at school ? I think it's important to get a good sleep each night because it helps you have a good and positive mood for school the next day. It will help at school because you will be in a really good attitude and you will get all your work done.
