What's The Right Name?

On Monday we did a Whakata assessment, I got three out of six right but now they are all in the correct order.  The green highlighted ones are the ones I originally got right.  Here is a screenshot of my assessment.

My next step is to use all the names and to pronounce them properly.

How To Make A Quilty Blog Post

Hi, I'm back! I am learning to make a quilty blog post with the rubric 6 steps. Here is a slide to show how to do it. I made the title page and it looks cool.

I have never used a rubric before, I would like to be in the yellow or green zone. I think i'm in the yellow zone. My next goal is to be able to do all of the steps on this google slide. Do you do all the steps? Next time I will do all the steps. Catch you later, Bye.

Literacy 2019

Last Learning Literacy

Our last literacy class for term 2 was on Tuesday. We did some steps and had a look at our results from the start of the school year till then. We also did that today but in my homeroom class. here are my results. 

My goal for steps is to do 100 minutes in a week ( at the least ) 

My favorite thing I did in literacy on Tuesday was silent read because I love reading The man who sat in the park and The dreaming place. Here is a picture of both of those books.

My goal for next time is to read two books in our 15 minutes silent reading time. Bye

Values T-Chart

On Monday with Ms Mcallen, We did a values t-chart to show what a good friend does and what not a "good " friend does. I think it was easier to do the good side because HELLO I'm a good friend. Here is a picture of it.

Dancing Like The Stars

Dance Performance

2 July 2019

On Tuesday Whakamanawa had our dancing like the stars performance. Deegan, Ethan I and I didn't go because we don't do dance anymore. Trinity was sick and Mikayla got scared to go on stage. Miss Waho showed us a video of the dance and it looks really cool and it's a lot brighter than I thought. Here is a video of it ( it's not as good as the real dance & the quilty is a little bit bad )

Next time ( if we do dance at my new school ) I am going to participate and not let everyone down. Bye.

Today in Ms Raisins class we did tracing on google drawings.  I did a cartoon cat and Ema-leigh did a cartoon giraffe, here is mine.
